Robinn Magid became President of JRI-Poland.org in February, succeeding her mentor, Founding Executive Director Stanley M. Diamond after his passing in December 2024. A former Management Consultant, stay-at-home parent and expert genealogist, she is a recipient of the IAJGS Lifetime Achievement Award and a member of the SFBA-JGS. Robinn lives in Berkeley, California. Jewish Records Indexing – Poland has built and maintain the world’s largest online database of Jewish vital and other records, including more than 6.4 million vital records and 2.5 million images for 1902 towns and settlements in the current and former territories of Poland. It has negotiated agreements with the Polish State Archives to access and index the Archive's collection of Jewish records. JRI-Poland is an essential resource for Jewish genealogists researching their Eastern European roots. |

She will be able to demonstrate how to use the website and would prefer to do it with cases from the audience, so come prepared to ask what's possible. This session is expected to last from one hour 15 minutes to one hour and a half depending upon the number of audience.
